Riter Aviation Multi Engine Time Building Program

Multi-Engine
Time Building

If you are pursuing a
professional pilot career,
building multi-engine time
is a very important first
step. It is also important
for a private multi-engine
aircraft pilot because of
recent strict insurance
requirements for a solo
flight. However, it is often
times the most expensive
step due to the high rental
rate of multi- engine
aircrafts.

The Best Multi-engine Time Building Program!

Riter Aviation offers the best price for the multi-engine aircraft rental ($110 / hour,
Hobbs dry rate
). This is not a rental program using 1950’s or 1960’s old twin aircrafts.
This is not a time building program that you have to log flight time as a safety pilot.
You can log PIC time in a Beechcraft Duchess / BE76 (N6704X). Conditions for this
special rate is X/C flights only (no one-engine out procedures or landing practice).
You can even enjoy an overnight trip to your favorite location (Las Vegas, Sedona,
San Francisco, Monterey) in this time building program.

This dry rate does not include fuel, landing fees, parking fees, and so on. There is
additional $50 an hour instruction charge for a dual flight. If over 4 hours of dual flight,
then full day charge for 8 hours applies. Standby rate (i.e. instructor waiting around
during ski trips, etc) is at $25 per hour plus meals and lodging. For trips, overnight
accommodations and per diem for flight instructor would be required.

Program Requirements

You must have an FAA commercial or private license with a multi-engine rating. When
a plane is rented for a dual flight, no valid medical certificate is required. As an extra
service, Riter Aviation can assist in helping you obtain an FAA pilot license based upon
your foreign license.
